Sleep

This exercise, said to be the “natural tranquilizer for the nervous system”, was originally developed by Dr. Andrew Weil to help his patients rest their body and mind.

Mechanics: Expel the air from your lungs before beginning and do this exercise while laying flat or sitting up tall. Breathe slowly into your lower abdomen on the exhale through pursed lips with a 'woosh' sound. __WARNING__ *For your safety, we recommend practicing breathwork while sitting or lying down. If you feel lightheaded, please stop immediately. Do not practice while driving or in water.*
